History of Brewery Bar
The original Brewery Bar location
"WHERE IN THE WORLD IS THE BREWERY BAR I"? This is a question we are frequently asked. Brewery Bar I was established in 1954. Its roots were planted in the old Tivoli Brewery at 9th and Larimer, which is presently the home of the Auraria Campus. In 1974, due to redevelopment, Brewery Bar I picked up its pots and pans and moved to 150 Kalamath Street, where it became Brewery Bar II. Almost 30 years later, in March of 2003, Brewery Bar III was established to serve the South Denver/Lone Tree area. In November of 2006, Brewery Bar IV opened its doors at Arapahoe Road and Parker Road to serve the South Aurora area. It has been our pleasure to have proudly served Denver's finest Mexican food for over 50 years....and still counting!
We are honored to have such a loyal following and that you have chosen us for your dining enjoyment. We value your business and look forward to serving you at all 3 of our locations. So sit back, relax and enjoy your Brewery Bar experience.

"The flavors just unfold in your mouth and create a unique effect. It is a salad to crave!"
The food here is great.
They are especially known for there great Chile Rellenos. The green Chili is great too and runs on the hot side. They have grown from a single family restaurant to this because of their food. And the quality from one location to the other is maintained well.
I stop in here for lunch several times each week and always have wonderful food and service. The green chili is delicious and the best cold remedy I know!
I love this place!
Their strawberry margaritas are soooo yummy! I LOVE their beef and bean burritos with MILD green chili (and yes sour cream as I am not good with the hot stuff). Unlike other green chilis that might be just hot, theirs has a good flavor too. My husband likes the hot green chili but as we have learned its a good idea to ask the staff before ordering how hot the chilis are that day. If they say really hot he orders the half and half. Otherwise WOW! It can be a killer.
All in all we love this place and have a must go meal with some great friends at least every three months. If you like good green chili you must check this place out.
